About Us
ITILThailand.com is a division of WCT ( World Communications Technologies). WCT was established by Andrew Sloan in 1996, to provide system integration services and out sourcing services to corporations in Thailand.
WCT merged its operations with another system integrator to provide products and services ranging from software development, Disaster Recovery, IT consulting services to Network implementation and out sourcing to the Asia Pacific region.
WCT changed its focus to providing vendor search and consulting services (see www.wctcoltd.com) capitalising on its experience of the IT industry, knowledge and regional contacts, with the purpose of providing its clients quality services though its vendors, while also providing a medium from which vendors and client’s IT departments could develop their skill sets through ITIL.
Our extended partnerships have one point in common – service management excellence.
WCT created ITILthailand.com to provide a source of reasonably priced ITIL certified courses to allow the end users and our partners a practical and reliable resource in which to learn about and implement the ITIL principles. This in turn produces progressively improved efficiencies required to provide customers (internal to a business or external) with a superior service and allow internal operations to run more efficiently and smoothly with an emphasis on continual improvement in an ever changing world.
Though ITIL focuses on IT service management, the principles and processes can be adapted to any service management process in a business.
Our belief in ITIL has led us to promote the principles of ITIL nders the brand “The Art of Service” and to market practical courses which explain in simple terms, ITIL processes and how they can be applied to your organisation. As opposed to academic theory, which are not only difficult for the average person to understand, but difficult to understand how to apply to your organisation.
The courses are not only practical in nature, but logical and are priced so that the average individual or company can afford to finance the courses and be rewarded by receiving an internationally recognised certificate for their efforts.
Education should be affordable to all and be priced at a cost that is not out of the reach of individuals or SME (small to medium sized Enterprise) organisations. ITIL can be applied to all sizes of organisations, and therefore should not be limited to larger corporations.
We hope our courses and complimentary products and services help you in reaching your objectives in serving your businesses, whether internal to your organisation or on behalf of your customers.
Yours sincerely,
Andrew Sloan
Managing Director
