Our aim is to provide you with affordable courses, with a focus on ITIL. However we offer other courses that follow a different accreditation route, or do not follow an accreditation route at all, but act as a training platform within different disciplines and provide you a competency certificate.
Some examples include:

The courses are designed by experts in their field and are practical in nature, so you can easily identify with the content of the course.
Courses are all in English, with some in Spanish and are designed so that non native English speakers can easily understand online presentations and associated documentation.
Course Contents
Online courses provide accredited materials, however, Art of Service take one crucial step beyond other courses, they work with you and provide you access to other participants around the world.
Typically you will be provided:
- Mock Exams with feedback from the trainer
- Quizzes with feedback from the trainer
- Access to a forums to discuss issues
- Online lectures
Course Pre-requisites
Where you want to take the ITIL Practitioner or Intermediary Online courses please be aware you must have already passed the ITIL Foundation Course.

In simple terms, Version 2 was a more technically orientated program, whereas Version 3 is more operational and business orientated. However, ITIL has accommodated those who started or prefer to study studying ITIL Versions 1 and 2, by continuing the paths and creating a Bridge Course between Versions 1 & 2 and Version 3.
Version 2 also requires you to pass the Foundation exam (as with Version 3), before continuing to sit the Practitioner exams (Intermediate in Version 3), then sit the Manager Exam (Managing Across the LifeCycle in Version 3), and Bridging Course to bring you up to date with Version 3 before you can become an ITIL Expert and be recognised as a professional and consult around the world.
